The Broad Oak is a pub restaurant based in Connah’s Quay. For this project, the client wanted their menus to undergo a redesign. The brief was to make it look like a “Texan BBQ style menu”. The research stage for this project involved finding a perfect typeface and applying careful and intricate design techniques to make the menu as appealing as possible. The client was very happy with the end result, and uses the design on handout menus inside the pub and are displayed outside as A1 size posters.
